CENTERLINE II SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATIC DIE-CUTTING MACHINES

Centerline II system for automatic die-cutting machines. This system enables the precise adjustment and locking of the die-cutting tool, upper and lower stripping tools, the stacking cassette, and the waste-removal tool, all from outside the machine, resulting in a more convenient, faster, and, above all, safer tool change process. An upgrade that saves you money.

1) Die-cutting section – installation of a central reference point within the frame using positioning blocks, located between the frame and the die-cutting tool, benefits: It makes the precise positioning of the die-cutting tool within the frame easier and faster for the operator.

2) Stripping section – advantages: The operator inserts the upper and lower stripping plates into the central mounting points, they are then secured in place using the control mechanisms. The entire process is carried out from the machine operator's side.

3) Stacking section – advantages: Quick and safe adjustment of the required dimensions of the stacking cassette. The operator performs the dimension adjustments from the machine's operating side.

4) Tearing off the finished product from the gripper-bar and waste - advantages: Quick replacement of the complete tear-off tool.
